In this week’s Tuesday Training, I brought on a special guest and teammate, Mike Pillow, who works primarily in the Apple Valley Lake / Mount Vernon area. Mike is a newer agent, recently full-time, competing in a tight, high-demand market with well-established agents—and he is winning listing conversations by doing something different.

Apple Valley Lake is a small, highly desirable lake community. It attracts:

  • Local agents

  • Agents from Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland

  • Out-of-area agents brought in by friends and neighbors
