Our realtor, Ian Jones, made the process simple. We put the house on the market on a Thursday night, and by Sunday we had three offers above asking price. A day later we accepted a bid above those first bids. Mike Team (Ian and Liz) kept us informed of the progress and communicated in a timely manner. We recommend Ian for buying or selling.

We have been with the 21 Mike team for more than 3 years. The main realtor we used was David Margolis, who helped us prepare and sell our house, and then dealing with our extensive list of "must haves" to find the right house at the right price in a very tight market. His critical eye when viewing properties (as there's no such thing as a perfect house) helped us understand the shortcomings of every house we visited. I'd also like to call out Colleen Varnick, who backed up David whenever he was out of town (everybody deserves a vacation!), and who went out of her way to provide assistance at what turned out to be a critical time.

Mike helped us to buy the house and negotiated an amazing deal. He was very helpful coordinating inspections, recommending contractors and handymen, and, when the time came to buy a house in another state, referring us to the excellent realtors. He still keeps in touch with us and responds quickly to requests for contractor contacts or general questions regarding real estate.
