Todd Black
Todd Black has been licensed since 2015 and services all of Lake and Geauga counties. He will also travel across town to service Portage, Trumbull, Stark, Cuyahoga, and Ashtabula counties as well. Todd has a great understanding of the working components of a home and is known as a great communicator and educator when it comes to buying a home. Todd lives in Thompson and is married with one daughter. He enjoys going on runs, hikes, fishing, and spending time with his family.
David Margolis
David Margolis was licensed in 2011. He understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it's a life-changing experience. As a real estate professional, he is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of his clients. David takes great pride in the relationships he builds and always works relentlessly on the client's behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. He doesn't measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of his clients.
Erika Woodford
Erika Woodford has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. She has experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, overseas investors, and renters. She also has experience with being a landlord and buying and selling properties for herself and investors. With Erika's background, professionalism, and expertise in real estate, she is sure to take care of all your real estate needs.
Stan Richardson
Stan has been licensed since 1992 and primarily services the Heights and Eastern suburbs from Mentor to Twinsburg. He has made it his goal to become familiar with as many area markets as possible as he has come to work on a referral basis through the many years he has been licensed. Stan enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and all his past clients. Stan is married, with two boys, and enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys golfing, bowling, and watching our local professional sports teams.
Ian Jones
Ian has been a licensed Realtor since 2019. He lives in Rocky River and services the east and west sides of Cleveland, some parts of Akron and Lorain county. Ian specializes in working with first time home buyers, move up buyers, & investment property sales. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and dog, Bodie. Ian is also a trained pastry chef classically trained in French pastries. Graduated from Culinary School in 2010.
Laura Cirigliano-Bosworth
Laura Cirigliano has been licensed since 1998. Laura is someone we all WANT to work with. Her experience with Buyers and Sellers alike has given her expertise in a variety of situations. Typically, she services the southwest side of the Cleveland area, but is also very familiar with selling properties on the east side and adjacent counties in Northeast Ohio. Laura is a well-versed negotiator, a consistent communicator and always believes in putting the client's best interest first. Laura's friendly and welcoming personality combined with her experience in the industry always delivers superior customer service. Laura is from Strongsville and resides in Columbia Station with her family.
Ryan Hemeyer
Ryan was was licensed in 2019 and specializes in helping both buyers and sellers in west and central areas of Cleveland down to Akron. Ryan lives in Brunswick and in his spare time he enjoys playing golf and going skiing.
Jim Romanin
Ian has been a licensed Realtor since 2019. He lives in Rocky River and services the east and west sides of Cleveland, some parts of Akron and Lorain county. Ian specializes in working with first time home buyers, move up buyers, & investment property sales. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and dog, Bodie. Patty Williams
Patty has been in real estate since 2006. Her favorite clients are first time home buyers and Veterans. She knows of a wonderful program that even family members of Veterans can use. It requires no money down and low closing costs. The areas that Patty services are Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties and some of Cuyahoga county. Patty and her husband were married while he was in the Marine Corps. They have 5 amazing children. Two that are grown and on their own and three younger ones that keep them on the move.
Françoise Alvarez
Francoise Alvarez specializes in new construction and remodeling. As a luxury home designer and builder, she has extensive knowledge in the construction and remodeling process from start to finish. While she has built and sold numerous homes in the luxury home market, she determines their style, design objectives and provides guidance in the selection process. She has talent in interior designing, floor plan designing, architectural detailing, mill working and knowing current design trends. This extensive knowledge will be a bonus to any buyer in purchasing or a seller in selling their home. Fran obtained her MBA at Cleveland State University. She is married with 2 children. In her spare time Fran enjoys doing home renovations, cooking healthy meals and traveling to France.
Grant Starkoff
Grant has a complex real estate background. Having trade skills, and experience with residential and commercial, he makes either a great buyer or listing agent. You will not find many real estate agents with his experience, knowledge and support staff, to make every transaction a smooth and memorable experience. He had been a perfect fit for the 21 Mike Team and our mission statement to provide a superior, memorable experience, so that we are THE team that buyers, sellers, vendors and other agents WANT to work with.
Chris Buck
Chris Buck became a Realtor in 2021. He has lived in and around Akron his whole life. Chris specializes in the greater Akron area, all of Summit and Medina Counties and truly LOVES helping home buyers. He enjoys looking at houses and imagining the possibilities. Chris also works with sellers as well as investors helping them achieve their ROI goals. When Chris is not helping people buy or sell homes, he is spending time with his son. He has a background in theatre and arts, so he also enjoys doing anything artistic.
Steve Greenlaw
Steve has been licensed since 2015. He resides in Solon and services all the nearby surrounding cities as well as the Heights, Bedford, Warrensville, Chesterland and Euclid. Steve enjoys working with all buyers and sellers but specializes in working with first time home buyers and with seniors who want to right-size and/or move to a senior living community. In his spare time he enjoys home improvement projects, travel, hiking, bicycling, cooking, and spending time with family. He also has a business management degree from Penn State and an MBA from Kent State.
Ken Gailey
Ken became a licensed Realtor in 1988. He is a Strongsville resident but will service the 5 counties surrounding Cleveland. In Ken's spare time enjoys acting in plays through his church as well as nurturing his 18 year old cat.
Colleen Varnick
Colleen was first licensed in 1993 in Michigan. In 2021 she became licensed here in Ohio after 25+ years in social work. She specializes in the eastern and southern suburbs of Cleveland, Aurora and Twinsburg and holds a designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), assisting older individuals, and at times their children, when life changes have created a need or desire for right sizing their home or living situation. In Colleen's spare time she enjoys traveling and going to estate sales with her husband. She also loves spending time with her daughters and their families, baking cookies and she makes an outstanding brisket!
William Hall
William was licensed in 2021 and services the areas around Mayfield Hts., Parma, Old Brooklyn, Maple Hts., Cleveland, Gates Mills, The Heights, Waite Hill and Solon. He specializes in VA, investments and trend analysis for areas with data analytics, buyers, buy and sale transactions, anything that allows him the ability to look at things from an accounting perspective, renovation and contract management. William is an Army Veteran and in his spare time enjoys camping, spending time with his 2 children and family, building furniture and learning new things. He has an Accounting degree and previously worked at Ernst and Young as an auditor.
Jon Duy
Jon Duy has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. He lives in Delaware and services the Columbus area. Jon is an expert in first time buyer programs and down payment assistance. In his spare time Jon enjoys running, spending times with his wife and two children as well as traveling.
Julie Mccollister
When Julie was laid off from her full time job in 2021, it was then that she decided that Real Estate was the career for her! She always enjoyed searching through the Real Estate websites, driving around different areas and checking out the neighborhoods. That's how she found her family's home in Strongsville. In her spare time Julie loves to swim as well as go hiking and biking on all the nearby trails by her home.
Danh Nguyen
Danh has been a Clevelander since 1997, from Long Beach, California. He and his wife currently live in Berea and is a father of 3. Before getting licensed in 2020, he has been in the nail salon business for 24 years. Before that, he was a commercial electrician for 5 years. He is currently in the process of obtaining his home inspector's license. That knowledge has proven very helpful as he takes his clients on showings or making recommendations to his sellers. As an immigrant from Vietnam in 1980, he is still fluent in his native tongue, which proved very helpful in his past dealings with Vietnamese speaking clients. His focus is mainly the West side and suburbs of Cleveland, namely most of Cuyahoga and Lorain county. He and his family love cruises and have been to numerous destinations. His passion is woodworking. He enjoys being in his workshop making live-edge furniture.
Adam Barry
Adam was licensed in 2016. He lives in Broadview Hts., and primarily services the westside of Cleveland but will extend his routes beyond that. Adam enjoys working with first time home buyers and has worked with investors from time to time to acquire rental properties, as well as selling their rehabs once completed. Adam is married to his wife Melissa and has 2 boys. He is also an avid drum player and has been playing since the age of 5.
Mike Pillow
Mike Pillow, former Military Intelligence Analyst & Interrogator for the US Army, brings to the team over 30 years of experience working as a Postmaster in various cities throughout Central Ohio. His Postal career has provided him with extensive knowledge of the 44430, 44431, 44432, 44433, 44437 and 44438 zip codes which enables him to intelligently speak about various regions of Central Ohio to potential buyers and sellers. He looks forward to assisting them in reaching their real estate goals. In his spare time Mike spends time with his wife enjoying the peaceful living that his hometown of Apple Valley has to offer. They spend many hours on the lake, with their 3 dogs along for the ride, admiring the gorgeous homes and boat houses and accessing the multiple Apple Valley amenities.
Jad Sandi
Jad lives in Shaker Hts., and has been a Realtor since 2020 servicing both the east and west sides of Cleveland. He specializes in investment properties with first time and experienced investors from all over the world. Jad's three components in life are honesty, open communication and respect and would be honored to help you with all of your real estate needs. For fun, Jad enjoys the outdoors, playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.

Ken Robinson
Ken has been a licensed Realtor since 2017. He lives in South Euclid and services the nearby surrounding cities, the Heights and Euclid, but is also very familiar with most of Cuyahoga County. Ken enjoys working with 1st time home buyers and helping his clients navigate the home buying process. He is married with a son and a daughter. Ken enjoys traveling so he always has a bag packed and a passport ready to go. He also enjoys listening to local live bands and considers himself the King of the one tank trips.
Pamela Haddon
Pamela received her Realtor's license in 2018. She resides in Willoughby Hills and services the western Lake County cities, Euclid and the Heights areas. Pamela works with both buyers and sellers and specialises in first time home buyers. In her space time, Pamela enjoys sewing and fashion design. She has been sewing since the 7th grade when she got her first sewing machine and started designing in the 9th grade. She also does home decor, another form of design.
Steven Livingston
Steven was licensed in November of 2021 and is happy to be a part of the wonderful world of real estate, bringing people’s dreams of home-ownership to life. He’s very familiar with the west side of Cleveland, and Lorain County as a whole, and is constantly looking to expand his repertoire. When he’s not practicing real estate, he spends his time with friends on the golf course and working on his career as an actor, among many other things. Shericka became a licensed Realtor in April of 2022. She is experienced in working with first time home buyers and out of state investors. Liz Fisher
Liz and her family moved to Ohio in 2015, from Wyoming, where she was a licensed Realtor for 3 years. During that time she was also on the Board of Realtors for Campbell County and volunteered on the first ever Wyoming Chapter, Young Professionals for Realtors Committee, to help new agents be able to grow their business. Liz joined our 21 Mike Team in 2016 and truly enjoys what she does. Her job is to take the purchase agreement from the time that both parties come to terms and see it all the way to the closing table. Liz is married with one daughter and has two dogs. She is a busy body, so when she is not working she is painting, cleaning or fixing something our their house. Liz loves to take their dogs and go explore a trail or a park and also enjoys trying out new restaurants.
