We're excited to welcome Aaron Owens to the Mike Team at LPT Realty!
Licensed in Florida since 2019 and now in Ohio, Aaron serves clients throughout the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Orlando areas, as well as Strongsville, Middleburg Heights, Bay Village, Westlake, Berea, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
Aaron loves building relationships and helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions. While he currently focuses on working with investors and off-market fix-and-flip opportunities, he also has extensive experience assisting first-time home buyers, sellers, and veterans.
A Middleburg Heights native and 2013 Midpark High School graduate, Aaron competed in collegiate track at Clemson University and the University of Florida before launching his real estate career in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap in Tampa. He later transitioned into residential real estate and now splits his time between Florida and Ohio.
When he's not helping clients, Aaron enjoys traveling, discovering hidden-gem restaurants, and exploring new cities. As a former chef, he's always searching for the best local dining spots wherever he goes.
