Why Move-Up Buyers From Solon and Beachwood Are Looking at Twinsburg

There's a pattern we've noticed over the last few years: buyers who've been shopping in Solon and Beachwood, and getting outbid or priced out, are increasingly looking at Twinsburg. And a lot of them are finding it's a better fit than they expected.

Here's why the shift makes sense. Twinsburg City Schools hold up well in state ratings and parent feedback. The community feels established and well-maintained. And the price point is meaningfully lower than Solon's, you can find newer construction or substantially updated homes in Twinsburg in the $350,000 to $475,000 range that would run $550,000 or more in Solon for a comparable property.

The commute math also works. Twinsburg sits right on I-480 and Route 91, which puts you 25 to 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 20 minutes from Akron. That's not significantly different from many Solon addresses, and the driving is generally easier.

What Twinsburg doesn't have is Solon's name recognition. If that matters to you, if you need to be in Solon for the brand equity, then Twinsburg won't scratch that itch. But if you're primarily looking for a good home, a good school district, and room to breathe financially, it's a market worth taking seriously.

We cover Twinsburg every week and know the inventory well. Call +1(216)373-7727 or visit www.21mike.com to see what's available.
