Meet Dylan Metrik, Northeast Ohio Real Estate Agent

Dylan Metrik didn't get into real estate by accident. He figured out what he was good at, decided he wanted control over his own future, and went after it. He joined the Mike Team this summer, and he brings the energy of someone who has already built something from scratch.

Rooted in Parma and North Royalton

Dylan has roots in Parma and North Royalton, and he works all over Northeast Ohio. He's a lifelong Browns fan, which makes him about as Northeast Ohio as it gets.

An entrepreneur first

Before real estate, Dylan was building his own business, Master Power Wash. Starting a power washing company teaches you a lot of things fast: how to find customers, how to keep your word, how to show up on time and do the job right, and how to treat people so they call you again. Those are the same skills that matter in real estate.

He got into real estate because he found out what his strengths were, and because he wanted control over his own destiny. If he weren't in real estate, he says he'd keep building his power washing business and then find something else to build. That's the kind of drive you want working for you.

Why he chose the Mike Team

We'll admit this one made us smile. Dylan told us he noticed how genuine and humble Mike was, while also being super productive, and that's exactly the kind of person he wanted to be around.

What surprised him after joining was how communicative the admin staff and agents are. Newer agents need people who answer the phone and share what they know, and Dylan found that here.

His specialty: relationships

Dylan works with buyers and sellers across Northeast Ohio, and his specialty is relationship building. He's especially excited to help people he knows buy their first homes, including friends who are just getting started. Being there when someone gets the keys to their first place is a big part of why he does this.

Outside of work

When he's not working, Dylan is working out, playing guitar, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family. A fun fact: he's got the moves like Jagger.
