Let Your Clients Know What to Expect When Listing or Buying – Don’t Let Them Be Surprised!

 

How do you tell a seller that you need a 6 month listing agreement?   “We want to find the RIGHT buyer at the RIGHT price and terms for you.”

You have to do a GREAT job in marketing before suggesting a price reduction.

You need to give your client a summary each week at the same time – this will show you are working hard for them and with the updates; they will understand why you may suggest a reduction.
