when to consider letting a customer go.
1. Customers do not know everything: They may not understand the ethical obligations agents have or think they should price a property higher than the market dictates.
2. Number of Customers: Find the RIGHT customers; let the others know you are at your limit for buyers/sellers at this time.
3. Costly to Service (Stay in Your Lane): Many times you may not have the time to properly help a client – geography, short sales or excessive number of showings – get a referral instead!
