Day 1 – Call, text and email twice that day. You will hopefully find out how they like to communicate.
Day 2 – Call, text and email again. “Hi Joe, are you sill interested in buying/selling this year?” Set them up on a search.
Days 3-28 – Every 5 days – call, text and email.
After a month – contact them monthly indefinitely. Don’t quit until they ask you to stop.
