The #1 place to get reviews is Google. Provide a link; don’t expect someone to have to track down where to review you.
For Realtors – don’t ask right at closing! Your client will be extremely busy and will have added stress at this time. Consider asking after contingencies have been removed instead.
Make sure to have your review link easily accessible – Have it on your Facebook page and your email signature.
If you receive a negative review, do not argue with the person. Respond professionally, ask for more details and try to provide help.
