In an Uncertain Real Estate Market – Get LISTINGS!!!
Know your numbers – The number of sales doesn’t really vary that much year to year. As an individual agent, you will be fine!
Some concerns your potential clients may have:
Prices will drop – history says otherwise, home prices are always increasing (2008 was a rare exception).
Interest rates are rising – Things will not get cheaper. Waiting for interest rates or housing prices to go down will not work. The average interest rate over the past 50 years is 7.9%.
Sales are down – as we said above the actual number of sale does not vary that much (+/- 10% at most).
The bottom line is – Waiting will not save money!
