Hand written notes:
Hello, I went past your home and thought of you
After a listing appointment, thank you for meeting with me – ASK FOR THEIR BUSINESS!
After a referral, maybe add a $5 coffee gift card
After a sale, you don’t have to spend a lot of money
You can always call the week after to make sure they received your note.
Quick in person visit; don’t go in the house – I’m just stopping by with…..
Be creative and make your gift personal
Holiday Pop-bys – Pumpkins, Fourth of July, etc.
Reverse Pop-bys – The 21 Mike Team does PIE DAY; clients choose their pie ahead of time and pick it up at the office on a certain day
There are companies that offer pop-bys: popbyco.com, Etsy and Amazon all offer ideas for Realtors.
